All data collected by Vouchify is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. The bot stores reviews, suggestions, vouches, and related settings for up to one month before permanently clearing them, unless required for validation purposes (e.g., vouches or settings for reviews and suggestions). These settings are saved to ensure that your preferences regarding the bot's functionality are retained across sessions, and reviews and vouches are kept to validate user feedback and confirm authenticity.

Stored settings data may include, but is not limited to, channels designated for reviews, vouches, suggestions, and other configurable options that you set during the bot's operation. This ensures that the bot operates as intended and your preferences are respected each time the bot is used within your server.

3. Data Usage

Vouchify uses the data it collects solely for the following purposes:

• Providing insights to improve the functionality of the bot
• Maintaining accurate and reliable operation within your Discord server
• Facilitating the submission and management of user suggestions, reviews, and vouches
